I Solve unauthorised request.subscriber/request have been barred problem in Aircel,
only for nokia 2700 users ,For window XP user also:-


i am using Aircel GPRS Rs. 98 monthly Pack and
 I can connect to the internet Using GPRS, but none of the Page is opening,
 i am Getting the Error "Unauthorized Request.Subscriber/Request have been barred.",
 in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE). ;i corrected this problem:-

• First Phone Nokia 2700 Setting :-

1.Firstly, You have to send sms for aircel settings 'PI' to121,


2.Then Open the sms and write code :- 0000 and then Apply the settings to Default


3.Go to -> Settings ->Configuration -> Personal Config. Sett.->options->add new->
Access Point 


4. In Access point type set Account Name :- aircelgprs.pr and 
then Access point setting ->data bearer
->choose packet data ,then ->Bearer settings 
-> packet data acc. pt.->aircelgprs.pr (do not change other options in  Bearer settings).
and saved ->again go to options -> Activate


- .pr means prepaid


5.Then restart your phone.

• Second Your PC Settings:- You have to Connect you mobile to pc 

          via data cable and bluetooth :-

1.You have to install nokia pc suite and configure manually :-given below,


Access Points:- aircelgprs
username:- blank
password:- Blank
Additional commands components :- Blank


2.Go to Control Panel ->Phone and modem options->click modem tab->
click active modem properties->
then click on advanced tab of nokia 2700 usb modem properties
->Extra setting
 ->in extra initialization commands paste this text :- +CGDCONT=,,"aircelgprs" 
and then click ok .....


3.Restart  Your PC and browse the Internet
